Eating Well for a Lifetime: Older Adults (Pilot)

Course Details

Only older adults ages 60 and up may take part in this pilot course. In this free, one-hour, self-paced, interactive nutrition course participants will:

  • Learn some skills for eating well as an older adult
  • Learn how to create new and enjoyable habits for healthy living
  • Complete a short survey
  • If you are among the first 25 people to complete this course and survey, you will earn a $5 gift card. We will notify you within two weeks of completion if you are eligible for a gift card.


How to Register

HAVE you taken a Leah’s Pantry course before?

Please email curriculum@leahspantry.org with the subject line: EFMC Existing Account and include the following:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email address associated with your TalentLMS account the last time you took a Leah’s Pantry course.
  • Name of the course that you want to enroll in: Eat Well for a Lifetime: Older Adults


HAVE YOU NEVER taken a Leah’s Pantry course before?

  • Register for an account by clicking the Signup button on the top right of your screen
  • Fill out the registration questions
  • Click on Get Your First Course 
  • Click on the Eat Well for a Lifetime: Older Adults course
  • Click Start or Resume Course on the left side of the screen and begin
